Chakras are energy centers positioned along the midline of the body from the base of the spine to the top of the head.  To balance the chakras, lie down and place the corresponding stone over the chakra area.  Relax and leave in place for 15-20 minutes.
 
Note:  You will receive an organza bag, however it may possibly be another color.  I have plenty of stones, but sometimes run out of specific bag colors or the manufacturer changes the shade of color.
