You will receive the piece in the photo.  These are a beauty hidden within.  If you look at the pictures of the Imperial Jasper Slices and Cabachons, you will see what they look like all polished up.  The design runs through the stone, that is why they make the slices and cabachons from pieces like these. 
 
If I were a bit younger and didn't already have a lot on my plate, I'd get some polishing equipment and polish these up.  Of course, when polished they are way more expensive.  I bought a few pieces one year in Tucson that were polished where the design was and left raw the other places and I paid more than twice at a wholesale price, than what these are listed for retail.
