These are absolutely beautiful and they are genuine Malachite.  There is a lot of Malachite looking jewelry out there that is synthetic (man made to look like the real deal).  The main way you can tell the difference is with the weight.  True Malachite is much heavier.  These are strung without a lot of stretch, so probably not best for a man's wrist.
 
Please note:  These don't have a lot of stretch to them, so please be mindful when putting on and taking off.  Rolling bracelets over your hand will definitely extend the lifetime of it.
